What's the suite vibe?
Our suite is a space where you can shop our entire collection of products in-person.
This space is also our office & warehouse so you'll get to meet our team, see our full operations. Have a drink and relax.
Can I come without an appointment?
Yes you can, but we would appreciate if you either scheduled a time here, or call us at least two hours before visiting.
We are a very small team so we want to make sure one of us is always at the suite!

Absolutely! We're open 7 days a week except holidays. Below is our schedule...
11am - 7:30pm EST (appointment only, or call us a few hours before you come for same day shopping)

Where is your suite located?
Our suite is located at 129 W. 27th St. Suite 701, New York, NY 10001
To request entry into the building, please go to the directory and search "Le Alfre" . Then make your way up to the 7th floor to suite 701.

How do I book my appointment?

Absolutely.
How will I be notified of my appointment?
A confirmation email will be sent with reminders once you book your appointment. You can also sign up for text for faster and more convenient reminders.
Something came up and I need to cancel. How do I do that?
If you need to update or cancel your appointment for whatever reason please call us at 917-960-2461 or email us 24 hours in advance (or as soon as you can) to make space for others who are waiting. Please email [email protected].
