We ship all over the world.
Free shipping on all orders in the United States over $150.
All U.S. orders under $150 will include flat $10 shipping.
1-3 day express shipping on domestic orders for a flat fee of $15. This doesn't include weekends.

We try to send everything out as soon as we can. Orders with standard shipping will typically take 3-5 business days via USPS or UPS. Express shipping in the US is expected in 1-4 business days, and your package will be at your door 1-4 business days after the day you place the order. Please see the bottom regarding timing of orders.
If your item is a pre-order, it will ship separately within the specified timeframe highlighted on that product’s page.
Our international delivery times are below:
Canada: 2-4 business days
Mexico: 2-4 business days
Europe: 3-4 business days
Latin America: 5-6 business days
Asia: 5-6 business days.
Note: Orders placed before 1pm EST will begin processing the same day and orders after 1pm EST will begin processing on the next business day. If orders are placed after 1pm EST on Friday, it will be processed starting Monday. Even though you might be working hungover on Sundays, business days are only considered Monday - Friday.

Le Alfré accepts returns and exchanges on domestic (U.S) orders of any unworn, unwashed, and undamaged merchandise, with all labels and materials, within 30 days of delivery with the following exceptions: "Final Sale" "Pre-Orders" "Limited Edition" "Socks" or international items.

Yes we ship worldwide via UPS. Days can range from 4-5 business days depending where you are.

To book an reservation with our penthouse associate, please schedule a time here.
Shopping appointments are reserved on a first-come, first-serve basis and must be booked 24 hours in advance. Each appointment will be 30 minutes. Guests can come.
