Can I purchase in-store?

Of course. Alfré's Penthouse is our flagship store. It's like any regular store, except that you're in Alfré's extravagant 6,000 sq ft New York City Penthouse.

You can purchase and leave with your items right away. All purchase include our special Alfré's Penthouse shopping bag.

Do I have to be a member to book a reservation?

There is no requirement to visit Alfré's Penthouse other than making a reservation. All are welcome to experience & shop our products. Individuals must book a reservation to access.

Members do get certain privileges that are highlighted below:

  • Priority reservation bookings
  • Quarterly private gatherings for you and your friends
  • Same-day reservations
  • Free in-store pick up
  • Exclusive invitations to private Penthouse parties & events
Can I bring my friends or guests?

Absolutely—you’re welcome to bring friends. If they arrive after you, simply have them mention the name on your reservation.

Do you accept walk-ins?

In order to visit & shop at Alfré's Penthouse we require you to book a reservation. We do not accept walk-ins.

How long does my reservation last?

All reservations are 60 minutes. We ask that you please arrive on time as our calendar is full and we want to be courteous of the following guest.

Can I make same-day reservations?

For non-members, all reservations made through our online portal require 24 hours’ notice. Private club members enjoy the privilege of same-day bookings during available time slots by emailing [email protected]

Can I pick up my online order at The Penthouse?

Complimentary online pick-up orders are only available to private club members. To learn more about this benefit please email our memberships team at [email protected]

Are there Penthouse perks for club members?

Yes we have offer extensive membership benefits such as priority reservation bookings, quarterly gatherings for you and your friends, same-day reservations, free in-store pick up, exclusive invitations to private Penthouse parties & events & more.

Can I host a small group or private event in The Penthouse?

Can I buy products that aren't available online at The Penthouse?

Yes. A benefit of visiting Alfré's Penthouse is that you get access to purchase our exclusive "Alfré's Penthouse Collection" only available in-store during your reservation.

I can't make my reservation. How do I reschedule?

You can reschedule your reservation by selecting the link at the bottom of your confirmation email sent from us.

To cancel, follow the same steps as rescheduling. Kindly note that three cancellations within six months will place your account on a six-month hold
