What's the store vibe?
Our store is a space where you can shop our entire collection of products in-person.
This space is also our office so you'll get to meet our team, see our full operations, and chat with the founder, Brandon.
Can I come without an appointment?
Yes you can, but we would appreciate if you either scheduled a time here, or call us at least two hours before visiting.
We are 3 person team so we want to make sure one of us is always managing the store!

Absolutely! We're open 7 days a week except holidays. Below is our schedule...
Mon - Fri: 10am - 7:30pm EST (appointment only, or call us a few hours before you come for same day shopping)
Sat - Sun: 11am - 7:30pm EST (appointment only, or call us a few hours before you come for same day shopping)

Our store is located at 129 W. 27th St. Suite 701, New York, NY 10001
To request entry into the building, please dial "Le Alfre" on the directory keypad. Then make your way up to the 7th floor to suite 701.

Absolutely. The more the merrier!
How will I be notified of my appointment?
A confirmation email will be sent with reminders once you book your appointment. You can also sign up for text for faster and more convenient reminders.
Something came up and I need to cancel. How do I do that?
If you need to update or cancel your appointment for whatever reason please call us at 917-960-2461 or email us 24 hours in advance (or as soon as you can) to make space for others who are waiting. Please email [email protected].
